Upper cervical exam
A seated exam of how your head sits on your neck, for adults who want to know what is going on before anything is done.
Your doctor listens, checks your posture, feels how the top two vertebrae move and explains the findings. Imaging is used only when it is medically necessary.

How long and how often
A first exam takes as long as the talk and the checks need. Your doctor sets a plan after the exam and changes it as you go. We do not promise a number of visits.
What we do not claim
We do not promise results, and results vary. The exam is not a diagnosis of any condition, and we make no claims about conditions.
Risks
The exam involves no adjustment. If your doctor recommends a neck adjustment, they explain the risks first, including the rare serious problems that have been reported after neck adjustments.
At the visit, with an itemized receipt. How fees work explains plans, self-pay and the Good Faith Estimate.
